| • |
To act in the name and on
behalf of the Town Council, the powers, functions and duties
thereof in accordance with the provisions of the Town
Councils Act. Decisions requiring Town Council’s
approval will be subsequently ratified by the Council. |

Review and approve the recommendations
of the sub-committees. |

To be responsible for the appointment
and performance appraisal of the managing agent of the
Town. |
