Town Council Management Changes (From 2025)

From 1 August 2025, changes were made to Town Council boundaries across Singapore. This affected a number of households in Chai Chee and neighbouring estates. Some households have come under East Coast Town Council, while others were transferred to Pasir Ris-Changi Town Council or Tampines Town Council.

Chai Chee Estate (Formerly under Marine Parade-Braddell Heights Town Council)

These blocks have been under East Coast Town Council since 1 August 2025. From 1 April 2026, S&CC rates for Chai Chee estate will be harmonised with East Coast Town Council rates. Click here to view our S&CC rates.

From 1 April 2026, S&CC rates for Chai Chee estate will be harmonised with East Coast Town Council rates.

You should receive onboarding information directly from them.
Maintenance and estate queries should be directed to the new teams.

Q1. How do I know if my block is affected?

You can refer to the list of affected blocks on this page or view our interactive map. In addition, notices were put up in your block's lifts to inform you of the change in Town Council. If you did not see one or are still unsure, feel free to reach out to us directly and we will be happy to assist.

Q2. Will my S&CC charges change?

From 1 April 2026, S&CC rates for Chai Chee estate (formerly under Marine Parade-Braddell Heights Town Council) will be harmonised with East Coast Town Council rates. Q4. What if I paid S&CC to the wrong Town Council?

Not to worry — if you have made an S&CC payment to the wrong Town Council, your payment will be reviewed and redirected where necessary. Please contact the Town Council you made payment to for assistance. They will guide you on how to proceed and help confirm your payment records. We will do our best to support a smooth transition.
